To wrap up this #30ForTheKids and finish it off strong, we are going to have a big Group Workout! It will be held on August 31st, at 8:30 am at Vianney High School in St. Louis!
It's a free event, but please make sure register below so we can know exactly how many people will be attending! It is going to be a great event, filled with awesome people supporting a great cause!
We will kick things off with a little opening speech and remembering WHY we are doing the workout. Then we will get into the workout. Everyone will be able to move at their own pace and get a great workout in!
Afterwards, there will be time to hang out, socialize, get some photos, and enjoy some food & drinks! We will also have a brief closing ceremony and unveiling of just how much money we all raised for the kids!
It's Guaranteed to be a great day and an event you'll be proud to be a part of! Please invite your friends and family to join you at the workout! We just ask that you please have them register as well.
